My procedure was very painful. Needless to say, the entire office probably heard me screaming and crying. Krista came inside like an angel and saved the day with her calming voice and helped me relax and get through the painful procedure without realizing I was still in pain. We need more nurses like her around, so I hope she doesn’t retire anytime soon.
