Over the past 6 months, we have had the pleasure to care for a patient who has become a big part of our hearts. His traumatic head injuries caused the need for a helmet. This sweet boy with a strong personality refused to wear his helmet because it was ugly. Krista went above and beyond taking the helmet to a local art studio who painted the helmet to his favorite superhero. This act of kindness is above and beyond and show Krista's commitment to the children we serve.
