My husband was intubated after 2nd cauterization post-tonsillectomy. Krista was his nurse. She was exceptional! She never acted rushed or hurried. She never seemed to be pre-occupied. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain things to me.
She never made my husband wait if he asked for anything. She took time with him. She kept me updated on any orders she received for my husband with an explanation of why.
I am also a nurse. I can tell Krista genuinely cares about her patients and her job.
She was very thorough, patient, efficient, and kind. I appreciated her very, very much! She even came to his new room the next day to check on him.
