My wife had a stroke a few days prior to a holiday week, the staff was understandably stretched to the limit but my wife had limited abilities and complicated needs. Krista was able to anticipate her needs and went above and beyond to help alleviate her fear and anxiety. She used her nursing knowledge to keep us informed of the medical part of our situation, but the best was how her attention to detail and use of video conferencing. She facilitated an MRI and neurological exam. I have extensive managerial experience and would love to have had her on our team!
