Krista has been my mom's nurse on several different occasions. My mom has been in the hospital twice within the last two months. On her first stay Krista, just coming onto her shift, knew I was greatly concerned with my mom's change in condition. She took her down to CAT scan and went over the results when they came back and when critical blood results came back she explained them to me and what needed to be done in order to help my mother. She took time out of her busy schedule to assure me that my mother was going to be cared for with compassion and respect-simply by her actions. And what was most important to me is that my mom felt completely comfortable with Krista! Krista just had a way of comforting my mom and I knew by her actions that she is an Extraordinary Nurse. Krista made it easier for me to feel comfortable when I had to go back to work or home because I knew she was in the best of hands. Thank you, Krista.
