Krista Vasquez, RN

Krista was my wife's nurse in June. In the past two months, she has been admitted twice. She has always managed to connect me to my wife's doctors so that I can know her medical status. She is compassionate/supportive and upbeat/positive which helped relieve my wife's anxieties. My wife has been treated by many excellent nurses but Krista is special.

My grandmother is currently on her 5th admission. As of today, she has spent 45 days in their care. We have met a lot of wonderful and caring nurses during our stay but Krista has made a lasting impression on our family. She took the time to get to know my grandmother. She learned her likes and dislikes. She treated her like a person, and not just a patient. My grandmother may not be around for much longer but I am very grateful for the care and comfort Krista provided her in her final days.
