We have a young girl in the hospital who has a rough home life. She's been by herself at the hospital the past few days and is going through a really difficult time without any parent or guardian to help her. Our nurses and Social Workers have been collaborating on the best course of action and plan of care for this patient's next steps.

Today, Kristeena Buselli Conley brought clothes and toiletries in for this girl that she had bought with her own money. She wanted her to be as comfortable as possible during the rest of her stay here, and upon her discharge. She left the items while the patient was sleeping, so the act of kindness remained anonymous.

We see difficult situations like this a lot, and Kristeena is always one of the first ones to offer help however she can. She never asks for praise and always puts the needs of our kids first. She has a big heart for our patients and does everything in her power to make their situations as good as she can.
