During my second C-section, I was extremely nervous due to severe PTSD from my first experience. Kristel went above and beyond to support me—not only medically but also emotionally. Before my surgery, she took the time to really listen to my concerns, answer all of my medical questions, and offer solutions to make the process easier for me. Throughout the procedure, she never left my side. She provided exceptional anesthesia care while also being my greatest source of comfort and strength. From playing music to placing a cool washcloth on my forehead to gently wiping away my tears, Kristel made sure I felt safe, cared for, and not alone in such a vulnerable moment.
