Kristel Plaisance, RN

Kristel was my mother-in-law's nurse each night and was AMAZING! Everyone was great, however, Kristel was exceptional. My mother-in-law has dementia, on top of the cardiac issues, and was extremely nervous. The amount of information being talked about and all the interaction had her on overload. Every time Kristel would enter the room, she would begin by making a joke or telling a story….anything to get my mother-in-law to relax, and then she would proceed with whatever care was necessary. It is obvious that she is a skilled nurse, but her bedside manner is tremendous!! We had three different family members stay nightly with her, and we all had the same positive experience. On behalf of myself, and our entire family, I would like to nominate Kristel for going above and beyond in her care of our loved one.
