I am writing to commend Kristen for her care of my daughter, who was admitted 31 weeks pregnant with kidney stones. Kristen spent her entire shift with our daughter prior to transfer to a sister hospital for surgery. She demonstrated a level of care beyond the norm and made a very difficult situation easier for all of us. The attention to our daughter and her unborn child kept us assured that eventually things would be fine. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and reassuring. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and dedication to our family. It is our hope that when our grandson is born she will be there to help us with a more enjoyable visit.
