Kristen took care of my father for a short period of time during a recent hospitalization. Kristen provided my father with amazing care. She sat by his side to make sure he was eating. She made sure he was clean and presentable every day, providing dignity to him in his vulnerable state. She would provide the family with an explanation of what was going on, as well as my father.
She was his advocate with the doctors and specialists, ensuring that he got the rest he needed when he asked for it by having them go to her before going to him. She sat in with us during our meetings with the doctors at our request. Kristen was heartfelt and sincere with her concerns with my father while providing him with excellent nursing care.
Kristen is a true DAISY Nurse for her kindness, professionalism, and support. She helped my father and my family through an emotional experience. I believe that she provided the best possible care that she could provide.
