Kristen Cavanaugh, RN

Kristen was great at "onboarding" a new patient and had an energy and vibe that made one feel like they were the most important person, although I'm sure she does this enough to where it could, in theory, get old. Being in business management for, well, a long time, I recognize when a work environment has the right chemistry and culture that brings out this "extra touch" added to a routine function. I was made comfortable, which was no easy task given the uncertainty of what was going on. Hopefully, she brought out the best in me because she deserved it.
