Kristen was sincerely concerned and caring about my situation. Throughout my stay she was cool, calm and collected in every situation. She didn't make me feel judged. She was very informative on every level. I saw many scenarios of her co-workers looking to her for advice. She is a natural leader and perfect for the nursing field.
