I was a patient for a colonoscopy at St. Vincent's Clay County. Kris was one of my nurses on duty, and she had the most caring spirit. She was the only one trying to make me comfortable, and she was also making sure my guest was comfortable as well. I'm normally an extremely hard stick for IVs, but she was able to do it on the first try. I've been stuck at least 10 times within the past two months, and I was extremely nervous about this time as well, as they never can find my vein. Even when it was giving her trouble, she made it work. It doesn't seem like a big deal for some, but when you get stuck so many times, it really is. Thank you, Kris, for caring for me and my family today.
