When no one else took time to inquire or explain things, Kristen had the patience, care and compassion to help my family and loved ones. Kristen was very professional, extremely empathetic and so sweet to me and my loved ones. Kristen went to other floors just to get juice for her patient. Kristen was worried enough about the outcome of hospice placement to follow up with the representative. Kristen even was happy to hear when we finally got placed. Overall, her cheerful, helpful personality really made this otherwise difficult visit very comfortable and, more importantly, smooth and bearable. Thanks for all her help and her compassionate assistance for my grandma. More humans like her are needed in the world. Great job and God bless.
