Throughout the years, I have been coming to Shenandoah Memorial Hospital and Kristen has been one of my nurses who has taken care of me. I believe Kristen is a saint. The kindness and the compassionate tone of her voice is always welcomed and appreciated. She is excellent at educating and puts my mind at ease, so that I understand everything related to my healthcare. Kristen has always been sensitive to my race and I appreciate that. The respect I have for her is a lot. I am so comforted by her presence.
