Kristen has a great character and personality. She knows her job well, and she does it with finesse. Kristen goes above and beyond her nursing duties. She is so patient and caring. You can feel and experience her care even the first day of meeting her, her work ethic was extraordinary, her courage and compassion impeccable. She is on point with giving patients their needs and always on time with giving medications without being constantly reminded. All her hard work shows how quickly patients recover; hence, medication and care go hand in hand. She always works with joy. The day I was diagnosed with GBS was the most terrifying of my life. Kristen's compassion made me feel less terrified. Her extraordinary compassion gave me the courage to fight. Even though I am still fighting, it was her words of encouragement and work ethic that gave me hope that I can still fight and maybe walk again. Not only is she one of the best nurses for my care, she values the mission of the hospital. I had many nurses at this hospital, and Kristen is the most compassionate with the most extraordinary work ethic while practicing the hospital's mission while providing me and other patients the most outstanding care with exceptional care, making the hospital less scary and more comfortable, a place to heal with tranquility knowing I will be going home. She is more than the best; she is the greatest!
