I would want Kristen to be my nurse if I ever needed one. She is kind, patient, gentle, caring, and compassionate.
I am constantly amazed at how Kristen is always making connections with her patients and being compassionate. She always shares her knowledge and makes her patients feel at ease. I really look up to her. There are too many situations I can think of to name, but I think what stands out to me the most about Kristen is how she is the central line police. She is always so cautious of patients and their care even if they are not hers to take care of for the night. Having Kristen around makes me feel like a more confident nurse and makes this working environment so fun. I always look forward to the nights working with Kristen because I know I can go to her for anything in regards to patient care and she will help guide me in the right direction. I would want Kristen to be my nurse if I ever needed one. She is kind, patient, gentle, caring, and compassionate. She encompasses what every medical personnel should want to be in healthcare.
