My 76-year-old wife came in with a stroke and was in the ICU for 4 nights, and Brennen & Kristen were so professional in explaining to us what was going on and what to expect. My wife was in bed for 4 nights, her hair was all matted and I was trying to brush it, one of them came in the room and told me to step aside she will do it. She got all the matting out and braided her hair. Thank you.
