Kristen has been by far the best nurse in our time of need. She is a very well educated lady with excellent bedside manners. She was there to answer any questions we had. She was someone we trusted to console in because she compassionately cares about her patients. She sets an excellent example and offered us the best quality nursing and care while being treated in room 34D Concourse South for 12 days at St. Francis. She really shines and I appreciate her so much. God Bless! She deserves it. All the nurses have been good but she was OUTSTANDING!
