Kristen Hough has been an outstanding leader for the inpatient units throughout the COVID pandemic. With a decade of experience at Newark-Wayne, Kristen has dedicated herself to doing the right thing for the teams. Kristen takes endless phone calls, text messages, and does so with a positive attitude. Kristen works hard to support the teams and other departments. She sets the can-do attitude example and she will not likely want to hear these positive things said because she does not look for special attention. Kristen is a true DAISY Nurse Leader.
