From the moment I woke up the first day in the hospital, Kristen was there for me 100%. She made me feel at peace and was always extremely kind and cheerful. Even during busy times, she made me feel as though I was her only patient and explained things to me thoroughly. Kristen kept me alive but most importantly she also kept my spirit alive.
