Just recently, Kristen cared for a patient who was incredibly anxious about his angiogram. Kristen alleviated his worry through her compassionate care. In fact, the patient was so impressed by the care he received from Kristen that he sang her praise to his hospital roommate, who coincidently was scheduled for an angiogram the next day. Kristen's efforts one day, transferred to the next, and the end results showed comforted, calm, and confident patients.
