To start, words cannot describe the amount of gratitude I have for Kristen. At the tail end of my longest most stressful hospital stay, I continued to get conflicting reports on my discharge details and I began to have a panic attack. Kristen stepped in and first and foremost listened to my concerns and showed me how much she truly cared. Most nurses this is where it stops, not for Kristen. She took it ten steps further. She jumped into action and put doctors in touch with doctors and was my biggest advocate. All while emotionally supporting me and just listening.
