Kristen deserves special thanks for being so kind, efficient, friendly and compassionate in all aspects of my treatment. I could not breathe because of my medical condition but she pulled me through!

I came here by ambulance from another hospital. I was sick, scared and alone. Kristen was an angel to me. She was on top of everything. She talked to me to understand my problems. She explained step by step every medication, procedure and held my hand. She got to know me and anything I needed she provided. She is intelligent, compassionate and goes above and beyond for her patients.

After spending three days in ICU, we landed in Advanced Care for an additional three days. As soon as we arrived, Kristen greeted us and we knew everything was going to be okay! For a nurse early in her career, she demonstrated levels of compassion and attentiveness that takes years to master. She was sweet, kind and personable. Her empathy for my mom was so very much appreciated. We both felt lucky Kristen was responsible for mom's care; lucky and grateful that she was part of our experience. Kristen is an amazing young lady and we are happy to know there are nurses like her in the profession.
