Our orthopedic team suffered the untimely loss of a coworker and a friend. Our leader, Kristen handled the challenges that came after the event by displaying true compassion and leadership. She made sure that all the staff’s well-being was a priority. She worked tirelessly to ensure that our unit was functioning at its best. As a side note, she was also completing her final graduate course! Kristen showed genuine compassion and grace. We are forever grateful.
