Kristen went above and beyond to support both my daughter and me after a scary delivery. The first night there, she was my nurse and was so compassionate and helpful, tending to me after a traumatic day. The next night, she was my daughter’s nurse in the nursery and went above and beyond to support her. She gently told me that I needed to supplement my breastmilk with formula and literally held me while I cried. She helped me with pumping and using formula and also took our daughter for a feeding to the nursery so my husband and I could get some much-needed rest. I will never forget her kindness! She went above her job requirements to take care of me physically, emotionally, and mentally. She could tell that I was struggling mentally and supported me.
