Kristen has recently dedicated part of her FTE to bring simulation training to the ambulatory setting. She has worked tirelessly to develop simulation scenarios, schedule run-throughs with her team, sought and implemented feedback, scheduled an insane amount of simulation training for staff, and has worked hard to communicate with staff and leadership in a very concise and organized manner. Her dedication to this role and commitment to do it well will have a huge impact on staff and the way they respond to emergency settings in their clinics. It has been an honor to watch her develop this offering, see it come to fruition, and see the staff excited to take their skills back to their clinics.
