I was very anxious and stressed before being admitted. When I got to my room, Kristen took all my stress away by being the best nurse I've ever had. Her body language revealed to me that she actually liked me and cared about my experience under her care. She even remembered all the answers I gave her about my medical history when changing nurses. It was very personal and not just reading from the PC screen. She is professional, personable, polite, compassionate, and genuine.
