Kristen went above and beyond for a patient who was in the ICU for more than 2 weeks. She established a bond with the patient and learned he liked potato soup. He was not able to eat a lot due to his illness and Kristen went to a local restaurant on her lunch time to get him potato soup. Kristen showed him she really cared for him.
