Kristen was always incredibly kind and so easy to talk to. She encouraged and empowered me to make decisions for our girls that I was struggling with. I didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes, but she reminded me I was a part of the team caring for our girls and my opinion was valid even if it seemed to “go against” what was decided.
