On one particular day, a staff member needed back-up support and Kris Souza filled those shoes. Her nominator said, "Kris jumped right into the situation with extraordinary leadership and compassion for the patient. She was quick to find a solution and to ensure that this patient would be well taken care of all through this incident, Kris supported me."
