Kristen is extremely attentive to my concerns and needs. She looked for answers when I didn't understand why the doctor put a 5 day hold on me. She was unable to find a reason yet she didn't stop looking, she was kind-hearted and joyful and put a smile on my face. She made me feel accepted as I was instead just a number.
