Kristen was very professional and friendly from the second she walked into my room. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I explained to her that I have always had trouble with nurses finding a vein for the IV due to them rolling and being deep. Her answer was that she loves a challenge and took her time finding it in the first stick. She engaged both my wife and I in conversation that was not related to anything going on in the room all while doing everything to prep me for the procedure. She is the perfect example of what it takes to make a stressful situation better. Thank you.

Kristen was so sweet to my son throughout his entire surgical procedure. Her sweet, calm demeanor eased my son’s nerves. She also made sure we were aware of everything that was happening and continuously made sure we were ok. Great overall!
