Thanks to Kristen and her exceptional care and effort to find out what was wrong with my husband, he is alive today. He had been in and out of the hospital, sent home only to come back almost immediately due to high fevers and respiratory problems. When they were going to send him back home again, Kristen made sure that my husband saw the lung specialist by repeatedly explaining what had been happening. When this doctor saw my husband, he immediately sent him to ICU, where he remains today, recovering very slowly, but hopefully surely.

I wish that ALL medical staff paid as much attention to patients as she did instead of assuming someone is stabilized and sending them home, especially when this clinical picture was on-going for months.
