The doctors, nurses, and staff were very nice and helpful. One nurse did all that and then went "above and beyond" with her excellent professionalism, job knowledge, amazing bedside manner, and full understanding of my wife's concerns, anxieties, and medical condition issues. She didn't just treat my wife as a patient but as one of high importance. I like to call that kind of treatment The Presidential Treatment. We all know that you can put millions of dollars into a place and have a bad person or staff, and that place will go downhill fast. St. Francis Hospital should be very proud to have this nurse on staff, and more hospitals need nurses like her so they can be great like St. Francis is.
