I am a 37-year-old female, a mother, and a wife. Imagine how scared I was when I was brought to Trinity by ambulance to become a heart patient. The second I arrived, Kristen was there to greet me. From the moment I became her patient, she has gone out of her way to care for me and comfort me.
Kristen has more compassion, knowledge, and understanding than any nurse I have had care for me or my family. It is people like Kristen that would make me not hesitate for a moment to have myself or any loved one come to Trinity. Kristen went above and beyond to inform me about all aspects of my care. With that being said, I will never forget this hospital stay. More importantly, I will never forget Kristen.
