I was recently in the ER several times this past month due to an ectopic pregnancy. Kristen Westfall was one of the nurses that helped while I was there each time. I was really scared and nervous about what I was going through and was asking a lot of questions. Kristen made sure to answer all my questions and picked up on how scared I was and went out of her way to help calm me down and make sure I was alright. She was incredibly nice and personable. It not only started to calm my scared nerves, but I felt safe like everything was going to be okay after she helped me. I believe Kristen deserves this award as I'm sure she's helped others feel the same way I did.
