Kristen Wiseman, RN

It was my first shift working with Kirsten, and I was very quickly able to witness her very compassionate care to her patient who had a code event. She was one of the first in the room, stayed at the bedside, helping give pertinent patient information, and stayed calm and collected. When it was all over, her kindness and empathy in talking to the patient and family was everything this award encompasses. She was reassuring and understanding and went above and beyond to make sure this patient felt comfortable before his emergent transfer to a larger facility.
