All of your staff on 8NT was wonderful during my stay. They did everything they could to help me heal better. Kristi stood out above the rest. Kristi was unbelievably caring, knowledgeable, and kind in working with me in my transition from helpless to hopeful. She was professional but with a sense of humor, her smiles lit up the room. She took care of me from one end to the other: from my first Popsicle to my farewell enema. She was both calming and reassuring. She worked very well with the rest of the team while leading the way with all the staff and students involved in my care. For her to stand out above this group of exceptional personnel really says a lot. FMLH is fortunate to have her as are all the patients whose lives she touches.
