During moments of extreme anxiety or panic like before getting my epidural, Kristi calmed and comforted me in the most compassionate and reassuring way. I was extremely afraid and she was able to recognize the signs of my panic attack and acted swiftly. She talked to me, didn't judge or make me feel crazy or invalid, and was able to keep me calm through the process of receiving the epidural.
