A mother who delivered twins wrote: "Kristi goes over and beyond to do what she can to make each experience as pleasant as possible. She not only made me feel at ease but she left me with the confidence that when I leave I will continue to be an outstanding mother."

Another mother wrote: "I'm a nurse and it's very hard to let people do things for me but Kristi did an excellent job letting me be a patient. Pain had been controlled and I never asked for meds, Kristi just brought them because she knew I would be hurting!"

And another patient (who had to be admitted for early labor on her birthday) shared: "No one has ever been this nice to me. This is the best birthday I have ever had and my nurse Kristi made that happen." Kristi had taken the time to get a birthday cake and have her peers sign a birthday card!
