Over the last several weeks, your team was tasked with providing at-home hospice care for my wife. We, as a family, would like to thank each member of the Cox Health group who contributed to E's comfort and for promptly addressing her immediate needs. You’re at-home care professionals provided reassurance, instruction, and displayed a truly outstanding level of professionalism during their interactions with us. 

We feel it is important, however, to recognize the exceptional performance of one individual in particular-Kristi. Every family member involved with E's care has commented on Kristi's "special abilities". Having the skills required to properly and respectfully care for others is one thing- displaying true love for patients and going above and beyond for those entrusted with her care is another.

We witnessed Kristi compassionately address E's physical needs over and over during each visit. Her instruction and willingness to teach others allowed us to continue that level of care when it was necessary to complete these difficult tasks without her assistance. We truly believe that Kristi cared for E as one of her own and was much more than a skilled professional to this family in our greatest time of need.

Additionally, Kristi took the time to not only handle and completely address our questions and concerns but went above and beyond in supplying us with very useful and frankly- crucial information. Some of the pamphlets Kristi provided were outstanding and helped to better prepare us for God's ordered steps. During her follow-up visits, Kristi took the time to discuss with us specific details that she believed were important for each caregiver to understand. 

We could have not been more blessed than to have had one of God's Angels sent to care for E.
