In everything Kristi does, whether its administering meds or cleaning the patient, she just goes a step further. She does everything in a very loving caring and calming manner. My mom's diet was bad. Kristi promised to have CNAs feed her and called when she wasn't there to make sure it happened. Kristi responded immediately when we rang for her, stayed late, changed her wound dressing, and made the room darker and cooler so my mom could sleep. She wrote notes and messages on the whiteboard so other shifts knew likes and dislikes of patients. She never made us feel like we were asking for too much and everything was done with a smile. Rarely do I feel comfortable leaving my loved one, but with Kristi, I felt very confident she would continue her excellent quality of care.
