Let me start by saying that I am a 76-year-old assertive person who worked in a demanding industry for 50 years; we joke that if I spoke highly of a person, they were definitely outstanding. The entire hospital staff did a great job; however, Kristi's confidence, caring, and professionalism were truly uncommon. Kristi stopped by often to make sure I was comfortable and take care of routine business. Kristi was extremely cheerful, cordial, caring, and always had the answers. Kristi stayed even though her shift had ended until I was released to leave. Kristi's assurance and professionalism made the difference.
