Kristi was extremely warm, caring, and kind while she took care of my husband. Her bedside manner is second to none and she took care, not only of my husband's needs but my needs as well. She would frequently check in with us to be sure all was okay and went above and beyond her duties to see that we were informed and comfortable with the care my husband was receiving. When she came to the room, we felt that my husband was her only patient although we know her plate was full with others under her care. She treated us like a member of her family. Her compassion and kindness have helped make our hospital stay a "pleasant" experience.
