I came to the third floor after fracturing two ribs on my right side. I was in terrible pain and could hardly breathe. Kristi was my chief nurse and boy, was I lucky! First, she was so patient and friendly. I felt 100 percent comfortable and secure with her 110-percent care. First, she never snapped back or was disrespectful to me in any way. Second, she seemed to appear in seconds each time I pushed the red button. Third, her sense of humor and laughter helped me to mentally stabilize in a very bad situation. Finally, Kirsti always had time to listen to my "aches and pains". Kristi is truly a nurse's nurse!
