Kristian has always showed the greatest care and compassion to his patients and their families. He demonstrates the Behaviors of Excellence every day at work. He has a calming aura and personality that allows patients to feel at ease when he takes care of them. He is respectful to his patients, their families, and all of our staff. He is professional with all he comes into contact with. His accountability and collaborative skills are one of the greatest things about him. When we are busy in PACU and need something done, Kristian is always someone that we know we can count on. He is always here ready to work and ready to help. If a patient's family member is worried or has questions, Kristian is always comforting and gives the family easy when taking care of his patients.
