Having a family member who needs surgery is stressful enough, especially when you're from out of town and especially when a Category 4 hurricane is bearing down on you. Kristie not only took outstanding care of my mother, but she also took care of me, providing me with a toothbrush, towels, washcloths, and a cot when it became clear I would not be traveling into the hurricane. Moreover, she did all that with a glad heart. Thank you for the understanding and comfort items, Kristie!! A+ on kindness.
