She works with students to meet them where they are and invests in their learning to bring them up to the level of expectation necessary for them to achieve their success. Professor Harrison's interpersonal skills are always respectful, professional, and holistic in her approach. She consistently steps up to assist colleagues, takes on projects to streamline processes, and is open to feedback, and provides evidence to support ideas for moving program goals forward.
